Refund policy

Eligible returns of products purchased on Vizual523.com may be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Vizual523 return address listed on the return shipping label.  

 

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.  For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.  No exceptions will be accepted.
  • Made to Order, DIY and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
  • Décor items, or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@vizual523.com, or on our customer care line (779) 210-5VIZ (849). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
